Ingredients
- 6 Pav (buns)
- Butter to shallow fry
- Vegetables ( Beans, Carrots, Cauliflower, Peas, Potato ) each 1/4 cup boiled
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Pavbhaji masala - 3 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1 cup s were boiled)
- Garlic crushed
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Onion finely chopped
- Small pieces of lemon
- Tomato
- Capsicum
- Mixed vegetables place it in the pressure cooker till done
- Grind once in the blender coarsely
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add garlice, mashed vegetables
- Add pavbhaji masala, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, dhaniya powder, jeera powder
- Bring to boil on low flame till gravy is thick, Stir well oftenly
- Add lemon juice stir
- Slit pavs horizontally leaving one edge attached.
- Preheat griddle, grease butter and roast pavs (just like bread) on both the sides
