Rajasthani Bhaang Ke Pakore

 

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 small brinjal (chopped)
  • 1 cup cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 cup besan
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon anardana
  • 1 teaspoon bhang seed powder
  • Water for batter
  • Oil for frying
